The Sirvi online store aims to ensure that the store and the services offered through it are as easy to use as possible for everyone, including users with disabilities.
In ensuring accessibility, we follow Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council and the Estonian Product and Service Accessibility Act.
When developing the online store, we follow the applicable accessibility requirements and the EN 301 549 v3.2.1 standard, which is largely based on WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements. We take accessibility into account throughout the entire shopping journey: browsing the product catalogue, using search, the shopping cart, the user account, and completing and paying for an order.
What we have done to ensure accessibility
· The online store can be used with a keyboard, and clear navigation options support moving to the main content.
· The pages use semantic HTML and, where necessary, ARIA markup so that the content is understandable with assistive technologies, including screen readers.
· The contrast of texts and user interface elements meets the required minimums, and the page can be enlarged by at least 200% without loss of content or functionality.
· Form error messages are programmatically linked to fields and presented in a way that can also be detected by assistive technologies.
· For automatically changing content, we aim to provide a way to pause the content and to respect the user’s reduced motion preference where technically appropriate.
· Accessibility is checked during development using automated tests and manual checks.
Known limitations
Some parts of the service may not yet fully meet the requirements:
· The customer support chat window and cookie management solution are third-party services. Sirvi monitors the accessibility of these solutions and, where shortcomings are identified, seeks to find a solution together with the service provider.
· Some individual product images may not have meaningful text descriptions; we update these on an ongoing basis.
· Office file formats published before 28 June 2025, such as PDF files, may not be accessible if they are not updated or modified after that date. If such a document is updated, we will take accessibility requirements into account where possible.
Accessibility information about products and services
Where a manufacturer, importer or other responsible economic operator has provided accessibility-related information about a product or service sold through Sirvi and publication of that information is required, Sirvi will make the information available to customers in the online store.

If you notice an accessibility issue in the online store or need information in another format, please let us know through customer support. We will respond as soon as possible.
