Eesti Mets magazine is Estonia’s oldest forestry journal. The magazine shares knowledge from scientists, forest owners, and practitioners, offering a balanced, science-based, and reliable perspective on various aspects of forestry. It helps readers understand how to conserve, manage, and value forests in the interests of both nature and society. Eesti Mets is published four times a year—in March, June, September, and December—and is intended for everyone interested in forestry. The publisher of the magazine is the NGO Eesti Metsaselts. The publication of the magazine is supported by the Environmental Investment Centre (KIK) and RMK (the Estonian State Forest Management Centre). The first issue of Eesti Mets will be published in March.
